After I ran my first half marathon i bought my first pair of uk gear and I loved them!!!! They were very comfortable and helped with my shin splints, feet, and calf cramps! I would recommend these to anyone who is looking at any distance running shoes.

I'm not much of a runner, but I used these on a 4 day backpacking trip over very rugged surfaces on Maui. The held up really well, and I used them for many months afterward.
