GT-02 - Ultra Fit Magazine : Recommended Cross Trainer

ultra fit magazineTHE SHOES WE RECOMMEND

Cross Trainer
This shoe is likely to take the brunt of your work. They are designed to cope with a variety of activities. Your cross trainers should give grip, support, stability and cushioning as you move in all directions, twist, turn and jump. The shoe should be protective enough for high impact classes. Flexibility at the forefoot will allow better freedom of movement.
A good fit is essential. That means the shoe should be snug in the heel and midfoot with more room at the toebox to allow space as your feet get warm and expand. It could even be worth buying 2 pairs of shoes under this heading so that you can vary the loads on your feet face. All the shoes on the list of 'Other options' would be suitable for using alongside the following recommended options.

Men's & Women's UK Gear, GT-02 : £65
It is well worth having more than one pair of purpose designed cross trainers in your locker. As some brands are shying away from the cross trainer niche the UK Gear GT-02 is one of a decreasing number of shoes designed for this type of serious use. The cushioning is good enough for some higher impact work. The support, stability and traction all give you confidence in activities and sports with lots of multi-directional movement. The GT-02 has suitability for more diverse activities such as indoor racket sports or five-a-side football.

Available in men's and women's.
